The prevention layer operates on edge devices like smart cameras and GPU gateways to detect collision risks and transmit alerts through various communication channels. When hazards are identified, the system sends triggers in standard formats, such as REST, WebSockets, or direct I/O signals, to control rooms and automated warning devices. The system can run on diverse infrastructure including smart cameras, compact GPU gateways on bridges, and port facilities. Notifications route to port authorities, bridge operators, VTS centers, and onboard vessel systems to enable timely evasive or safety actions.
